Selling

I find sell 2 items but it's showed that I sold itone casevis close because is buyer didn't pay money and asked me to buy some card and send it with my items to her sister.
Another is returned by post man.
So why you calculate is as - sold items?

No one here has calculated,  and charged you anything,  as we are members like yourself.

Be aware,  that eBay charge their seller fee,  the second an item sells , and not when the buyer pays you.

when you have a non payer you need to complete a non payment case to get your final value fees refunded and give them a non payment strike

when an item is returned you have to cancel the sale and refund the buyer through ebay

both items will show in your sold amount as they did sell

ebay don't know you haven't been paid if you do not raise a non payment case with them here,http://resolutioncentre.ebay.co.uk/ available 2 days from listing end,then you close 4 days later to get a final value fee credited back to your seller account.

You get 30 days to opena case.
