Selling through GSP- INR

I sold something through GSP and have a confirmation of the package arriving at GSP. The buyer in Germany complained that it had not arrived. Tracking showed that the buyer had refused, but he says he didnt receive anything. Ebay Cust services investigates and says te buyer used a PO Box address.  They say that they contacted him and got a new address and will re-send the package. It still hasn't arrived and he has now requested a refund. I thought GSP took all responsibility for delivery.  What is the beat way to repsond to ebay and to the buyer?. Thanks in advance

You need to be extremely careful how you handle this as you could be seriously out of pocket if you try to handle this yourself.

 

Your buyer needs to open a case for not received and you respond with the tracking number proving delivery to the UK Global shipping hub.

 

You cite that according to Global T&C you, the seller, are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit once it has arrived at the Global hub.
