Hi My wife and I both sell on Ebay with private accounts , of which we have 2 each . I get on both of my accounts Max selling fees £1.on a regular basis , my wife on her least used account does as well . On her main account of which she always gets excellent feed back 100 % rated gets them only very rarely . I have contacted E bay and asked why would this be , is there some kind of marker against her account for whatever reason to stop this happening ? E Bay told us to reset preferences on her account to accept promotions it has made no difference . All her drafts and selling templates are on this account plus her excellent feedback rating so she is reluctant to abandon it and start again or even stop altogether .
