Selling on another site and withdrawing from ebay

Ebay are saying i acted illegally by selling outside ebay. I did not. As is the norm these days with certain items it pays to advertise the item else where which i did. It sold on this other site not ebay.

Like it or not you breached the T&C of eBay which you signed up to before selling

eBay sales under those T&C must be EXCLUSIVE & thus cannot be listed on any other selling sites such as Guntree, Shpock, FB or even in a local shop window

Inn future if you want to advertise goods anywhere else don't advertise them on eBay or you may end up being unable to advertise anything on eBay

it may be the 'norm'

but it is against ebays rules to list elsewhere when you only have one of the items,

you broke eBay rules by doing that and you might just find out it does not pay.

eBay can - restrict you, can charge you full fees, close your account etc.
