Selling limit ridiculous loe

eBay have imposed a selling limit of£10 month I am much more of a buyer than seller but I have sold before without any issues or problems. My feedback is 100%.
I requested an increase and they said they increased it on January 10th. Any suggestions?

it's usually 10 items or £650 are you sure you are reading it right?

Nope it's definitely allowing only £10
I was trying to list four different items. It wouldn't let me so I tried
again with just one item, the current selling price for the item is £47 so
eBay suggest a starting price of £15.

When I try to list it I get a message saying that my limit is £10.

The only thing I can think of is about account verification, we have no
mobile phone signal where I live so I have been unable to verify my phone
number. Apart from that I'm totally baffled.
