Selling classic car parts from cars broken many years ago.

Hi, I sell used parts from classic cars. I don't break them up, I buy the parts from old collectors or their families., the parts have probably been in sheds for 30 years or more. 

How do I get on with the new rules as I obviously have no paperwork regarding the environmantal disposal of the original vehicles?

Thank you for your reply. It's a difficult problem which eBay should have tried to sort before they sprung it on us.  I'll keep trying to get something resolved.
