Thank you for your reply. It's a difficult problem which eBay should
have tried to sort before they sprung it on us. I'll keep trying to get
something resolved.
I'm told that you can't reply to this but I don't know why. It's an
important issue and needs eBay to help sort out before they loose a lot
of business from the many sellers who sell similar items to me.
