I see you have "No Returns".
If a buyer has a problem and wants to change their mind, and they know the system, they simply open a Not As Described Case to get a Refund. No Returns can be like a Red Rag to a Bull and can prove expensive for you.
A sensible returns policy "Returns Accepted within 14 days, buyer pays return postage" is much more user friendly and can save you money, and avoid the sort of buyer who will damage the item so that they can claim not as described. You have to pay return postage, refund and have an item unfit for resale.
It looks as though you have still to make your first sale, but are you aware that Auction with BIN costs a non refundable fee of 50p. Not a lot but it is best to stick to Auction or BIN, then no sale means no fee.
An alternative that also costs nothing to list is either Auction with Best Offer or BIN with Best offer.
