If we buy from an on street retailer we have rights under the Sale of Goods Act. Why can so many ebay sellersstipulate "No Returns" on NEW items for sale?
Thirty days is something but there's eleven more months? Don't know how they get away with this. I am awaiting a reply from EBay but I think they are looking at the proverbial Can of Woms here if my point is to be taken seriously by them.
There's always Bad Feedback of course but that won't necessarily get the buyer their refund or repair.
Hello,
Anything bought on Ebay and received, then found to be not as described can always be returned for a full refund under Ebay's 30 day Money Back Gurantee. In these cases stating NO RETURN means nothing.
