You need to read the money Back Guarantee, top right of every listing.

You have not received what you paid for so you can open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE now. The seller will have to provide a return label, if they want the empty envelope back, otherwise they just refund through the case.

It is the seller who has to claim on Royal Mail, whether he will get any compensation is up to them. It is not your problem.

Ignore any excuses seller makes about refunding, or closing the case before he can refund. If no response escalate to ebay after 8 days.

When you left the feedback you hit the wrong button, the seller can get it removed if they're minded to.

You need to open a return not as described case, it is not your responsibility to make a claim to Royal Mail no matter what the seller claims.

Don't open a not received case because if the seller can prove delivery you will lose the case.
