I bought 2 mirrors from a local seller and instantly paid for them through paypal. I then get an email from the seller saying "I have refunded your payment as the listing clearly states cash on collection only. Thank you."
To which I reply "It does clearly state that, but Ebay clearly states in their selling policies that sellers must accept paypal payments. Anyway, it's done now. What's your address so I can pick them up? I'll have to check my availability, but I should be able to get to you over the weekend."
Then the next email I get is from ebay saying she has cancelled the listing. Saying the item is out of stock or no longer available, aren't sellers supposed to uphold their end of the deal?
I can only guess from her behaviour and rudeness that she didn't like how the auction turned out and wanted more money. The annoying thing is Because she cancelled (without discussing it with me first), I now can't leave her the bad feedback she deserves.
I have reported her to Ebay for refusing to accept Paypal, which sellers are not alowed to do. Is there anything else I can do? Her attitude is really not what is needed on ebay!
Thanks for any advice you can give!
