Seller put fake information in the description, got scammed.

Hi.

I was looking for a good 144hz monitor and I came across a specific model, which was specifically in the 144hz search.

Seller had posted a specific model number with the model number and all, (a specific, long one for that certain product) along with a description, claiming its a QHD monitor.

It arrived today, of course its not 144hz, its 75hz, and its not QHD but just HD.

At this point, he simply answered that it's not his business and if I don't like it, I can just send it back.

It weight few kg, and would cost quite a bit to send back, not to even mention me having to travel about 1 hour just to get to the post office, I dont drive and I'd have to carry it with me.

What am I supposed to do after getting scammed? I dont intend to return it on my own cost, just because he simply lied to me about the product he sells

So Im supposed to carry this thing over to the post office and waste my time because somebody made a mistake and acts like a total ass in messages?

Unfortunately ebay MBG states you have to return item before getting a refund, unless seller decides they don't want item back, so just refunds. Post office won't accept parcel that size, so you need to sort different postage with seller, may be they arrange courier, escalate case to ebay if not resolved within 3 working days.
