Seller 'onboarding' doesn't see my phone number as valid.

I'm trying to update my details for the new 'seller onboarding' system and it doesn't recognise my phone number as valid. Any ideas how to fix this or contact a real person at ebay who may be able to fix it please. The chat bot is worse than useless.
