Seller offering money for feedback

Hi I have returned an item and seller said he would pay me the postal charge to return it but now is refusing to untill I give him feedback and offered me extra If I do this, I have refused to do this, How can I report him and get my money back?

You get your money back by opening the relevant case in the resolution centre.

Escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand,  do not close early on any excuse or promise.

If those meaasges came through eBay messaging report them for feedback extortion,  contact eBay Customer Services for this.
