The seller cannot accept my paypal payment and has not responded to my continuous emails asking how I can pay or can they cancel the transaction!! I have had to purchase again as I required the item any ideas how I cancel purchase without the seller ok?
Seller has to originate the cancellation, if they are not responding they may not know what to do and as you cannot pay, they may start an Unpaid Case, in which case you would have to appeal if you get an Unpaid Strike.
