Help!
I placed an order in good faith and paid promptly.
Since then I have had one email from the seller saying whilst they took my money, they didn't at the time and still don't have any stock, but 'may' be getting some in 'some time'.
I have requested more information but got no reply.
Now there is a tracking number but the courier says they do not have the parcel.
The tracking information shows the wrong order date and an estimated delivery dated 2 days prior to the order date! (4 days ago as I write).
I am of course unable to cancel the order because as the seller has issued a tracking number, according to eBay's information, this means the parcel has shipped - Only it hasn't.
I fully suspect the seller has issued a tracking number to stop me from cancelling, whilst all the time knowing they cannot fill the order, therefore with criminal intent to keep my money without fulfilling the order. In plain English the seller is going to steal my money!
However as there is now no such thing as being able to contact eBay, I am powerless to stop the deliberate theft and get a refund. (Making eBay's guarantee's a bit of joke)

Tracking showing delivery to another address will not close the case in the seller's favour.
Have you opened a case for itrem not received, and escalated it on day 4? Don't be fobbed off with excuses of out of stock' seller is trying to get you to go over eBay's 30 day MBG period for a refund.
Open the case and escalate.
