Hi,
i bid on, won and paid for an item only to find out a few hours later that the seller cancelled my order stating that she had listed it as one thing when in fact it was called another. This isn't true as the photo in her listing proves that she listed it correctly. My guess is she wasn't happy with the price she sold it for and lied about it. What's your opinion and what can I do about this ?
p.s. I wasn't given a chance to refuse the cancellation, she cancelled without any contact and after the cancellation that's when she told me the reason. She lied because it specifically shows the name of the item in the second photo.
