I've been messaged by a seller who let me down, asking me to remove the neutral feedback I left. I had every right to leave negative feedback to be honest but didn't wish to hurt their business so left neutral. Is it right that when a seller has let you down they should expect positive feedback and further, should message you to ask you to remove the honest feedback left? I feel intimidated by this and don't know how to respond.
A neutral does hurt their business though.
It's entirely up to you, if the seller didn't deal with any query or complaint adequately, just leave it.
