I have bought a book bundle and now the seller wants more postage .
I have informed them that I am not obliged to take a refund or pay any more as they should have worked out postal weight beforehand and priced accordingly .
It is a contract after all and I think I am in the right to say so .
I have agreed to removing one book but am not obliged to do that either ,its just to meet them some way.
Have been there myself and had to take the postal hit .
Think I am right ,please comment if you care to .
Don't give up anything. You don't have to meet a seller part way, they made a mistake it is up to them to get postage right.
I presume you have paid, if so paying extra invalidates the Money Back Guarantee and if it came to a claim you would not get a full refund.
If seller refuses to post, do not agree to a cancellation let seller find out the hardway that deals should be honoured, and that he will still end up paying Paypal Fees and possibly Ebay fees. You can also of course leave Negative Feedback, but just say "Seller would not honour the sale" then there are no grounds for removal.
