Hi I received an item that was not as described (clearly worn filthy shoes described as new never worn), after a push seller accepts my return request (initially arguing that they wouldn't pay the return postage then only wanting to pay half, but gave in when I stuck to my guns). I raised a return request via eBay and the seller accepted, I received an email from eBay saying the seller had accepted my return and had sent a return label, but I had not received a return label. 7 days later and numerous chasing emails sent I still don't have a returns label. I can't seem to escalate to ebay again as the status of this return is showing as I need to return the item and confirm dispatch. What do I do how do I get a returns label ? Or escalate this to ebay
If the seller does not send the pre paid label for the return then you escalate the dispute to ebay
You do that by going to the resolution centre at the bottom of the page
The option to escalate only appears after 8 full days of opening the dispute to the minute
If it is 7 days then go back in another day
