How does one contact a seller freefrance2015, who does not respond to emails via ebay. Is there a mailing address? I bought a product for which there is a one year manufacturer' guarantee. Clains under the guarantee have to be made through the seller. Seller does not respond to any item bought 10 months ago.

You click on their profile in your feeback and you would be able to ask a question.  Unfortunately you will have extreme difficulty in enforcing a warranty from an international seller in a country not in the EU.
