8 days ago I bid and won a watch I paid straight away I've had the watch delivered but on the top left of my screen it's still says pay now

Log into your Paypal account and check if the payment is pending or completed.   If it's pending and the seller is new they may need to confirm the email address they have on their Paypal account.
