Scammed want a refund

I paid for a clash of clans account about 5 hours ago and didn’t want to carry on the pay it hasn’t gone threw with yet but I want a refund and cancel the order

Why did you waste the sellers time and money by bidding if you don't want it ?

You have to ask the seller if he will agree to cancel, but a private seller does not have to agree.  When you ask him, it might help to be polite, and say please.

Why are you saying you've been scammed ?  No one forced you to buy and pay for an item you don't want.

I wanted the account but he never send me the account once I paid for it

Well that's not what you said. You said you paid for an item and didn't want to carry on.
I doubt if you will get a refund, because accounts are not allowed to be bought and sold on ebay, so they are not covered by the money back guarantee.
