Scammed want a refund

I paid for a clash of clans account about 5 hours ago and didn’t want to carry on the pay it hasn’t gone threw with yet but I want a refund and cancel the order

Why did you waste the sellers time and money by bidding if you don't want it ?

You have to ask the seller if he will agree to cancel, but a private seller does not have to agree.  When you ask him, it might help to be polite, and say please.

Why are you saying you've been scammed ?  No one forced you to buy and pay for an item you don't want.

I wanted the account but he never send me the account once I paid for it

Well that's not what you said. You said you paid for an item and didn't want to carry on.
I doubt if you will get a refund, because accounts are not allowed to be bought and sold on ebay, so they are not covered by the money back guarantee.

How have you been "scammed" when it's you who has changed their mind about wanting it??

You can ask the seller whether they will allow you to cancel the order, but they don't have to.

If this "account" is some gaming account for digital delivery it wasn't allowed to be sold here anyway.
