Hi I am quite new to EBay - just received an "offer" to my email account. Looks genuine but then the email has come from a buyer outlook email address, not Ebay. Pressed respond and that took me to an Ebay page saying that the server is down. I assume that this is a fake offer, can anyone advise if this has happened to them and should I report (and how!)
