Scam email?

Hi I am quite new to EBay - just received an "offer" to my email account. Looks genuine but then the email has come from a buyer outlook email address, not Ebay. Pressed respond and that took me to an Ebay page saying that the server is down. I assume that this is a fake offer, can anyone advise if this has happened to them and should I report (and how!) Many thanks

I assume it was for the coin.

Don't be taken in by hype for some of these items,

even if you do sell it, you MUST use RM special delivery or if buyer claims a problem, e.g. not received, you will have to refund buyer & Royal mail won't refund you,

all money & items over £50 must be SD.

Also log in direct to paypal, not through link, to check money & address.
