Hi There
I am a new seller ... (please be kind lol) ... i am selling in perhaps a difficult area ..... perfumes .. I decided to sell samples of my own perfumes. ( I am an addict) . I buy online , obviouslly , no stores open . I listed around 6 perfumes of the same brand and today recieved an email saying 4 had been removed as L'Oreal reported them as counterfiet. This is catergorircally not true , I would not dream of selling fake and can back up all my purchases with online account invoices etc with top beauty websites. Ebay / L'oreal gave no pinpoint reason for why they deemed the items fake amd I am gutted that I can now only contact L'oreal and ask them WHY? and request them to be reinstated , my gut feeling is , this is a huge company , I am a minion and it will take weeks and weeks to get a response .. as anyone else experienced this ? i feel so deflated, being accused of counterfiet when I am 100 percent geniune .. so where did i go wrong ? I have read the policy terms sent through but it is so generic and gobblygoop.. I still don;t know where I went wrong? anyone who can guide or help me find the path to redemption would be appreciated,, to this wrongly accused innocent..
Hi
To be honest i think you may run into further difficulties with your current listings.
Pictures form part of the description.......... "The actual perfume bottle and box do not form part of the sale " You should just use a picture of the actual item which is on offer.
You still have live listings for samples......if i were you i would immediately remove them.
More Actions to the right of your listing. This is a drop down bar and one option is "end this listing".
