Sale removed

Hi There

I am a  new seller ... (please be kind lol) ...  i am selling in perhaps a difficult area ..... perfumes ..  I decided to sell samples of my own perfumes. ( I am an addict) . I buy online , obviouslly , no stores open .  I listed around 6 perfumes of the same brand and today recieved an email saying 4 had been removed as L'Oreal reported them as counterfiet.  This is catergorircally not true , I would not dream of selling fake and can back up all my purchases with online account invoices etc  with top beauty websites.  Ebay / L'oreal gave no pinpoint reason for why they deemed the items fake amd I am gutted that I can now only contact L'oreal and ask them WHY? and request them to be reinstated , my gut feeling is , this is a huge company , I am a minion and it will take weeks and weeks to get a response .. as anyone else experienced this ?  i feel so deflated, being accused of counterfiet when I am 100 percent geniune .. so where did i go wrong ?  I have read the policy terms sent through but it is so generic and gobblygoop.. I still don;t know where I went wrong?  anyone who can guide or help me find the path to redemption would be appreciated,, to this wrongly accused innocent..

You need to read eBay's polcy on the sale of perfumes, including the ban on selling testers or small sample bottles: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/perfume-policy?id=4708&st=12&pos=1&...

Buying to resell requires registration as a business seller, see the link below and enter "business" in the search field for full info: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/home

As regards items being removed as counterfeit, whether it's true or not there's not much point in arguing. EBay once faced a massive class legal action for failing to prevent the sale of counterfeit goods. Since then, they have undertaken to remove all listings reported by the brand name owner. Don't risk getting further items removed; it only takes a few reports for selling counterfeits to be banned from selling.
