SEller cancel order

Hi Folks,

just had a chap win 2 items from me. He requested to collect and pay then, I said no probs. He turned up now says they wont fit his year of bike and says no good walks off. It clearly states in ad and pics as well. If I cancel, do I still get charged selling fees or should I cahse down money?

You can either open an unpaid item case for each item or you can send a cancellation request, selecting the reason 'buyer changed their mind'.
