SELLER took my money

I bought 2 figures from seller and the othe ITEM COST £32.99 that was a Neca Aliens Genocide Red Dog Figure Xenomorph RARE he said, that was £32.99 the second figure was a Neca Scorpion Alien Kenner figure for £16.99.

I bought them on 17 June 2021 but he said Estimated delivery Mon 28 Jun - Wed 30 Jun for 1 item and other item would be Estimated delivery Fri 25 Jun - Tue 29 Jun. I raised a Paypay case becasue i did not want to wait that long well at first i sent him a message saying if i pay extra postage would they ship it faster i got no repley so raised the Paypal case but staright away after the case was raised he said he has the figures all wrapped up ready to post the next day so it would be the 19 he would post, but he told me to close my Payapl case before he sends so silly me listhend to him and closed the 2 cases, as soon as i done that he said he can't post for another 72 hours so he lied about the next day posting.

I then asked for a refund as i payed him with Paypal but today is the 5 July and i have no refund or items that i paid for, he scammed me by telling me to close the paypal case becasue he knew i would not be able to make a new case against him, he stole £49.98 from me and he even relisted and sold the items i payed him for, he could have easily Refunded me back into my Paypal becasue that is the way i payed him for the figures, be very caerfull of this dishonest germ of a person.

Added the picture of the red alien that i bought FOR £32.99 but he relisted and is selling for £19.99, SCAMMER

unfortunately unless things have changed, if you open a PayPal case you cannot later open an eBay case.
