Royal Mail deliveries

Hi all,

I know it's been a strange year (VERY), but the Royal Mail must be the biggest joke of a delivery company on the planet.  I usually send 2nd class for small items and must have had 10 messages from customers this week to say they haven't received them and we are talking 10 days late.

I know it's lockdown again and a busy trime of year, but come on guys!

Now sending all items 1st class or couroier which is not good for my profit margins.

Lets leave feedback for Royal Mail and see if they can get 100%.... I don't think so.

Royal Mail are, and have been Front Line workers in these Cocid Times, and yes some areas are experiencing delivery delays due to the overwhelming call for postal deliveries due to many reasons,like online shopping, being shut indoors,the early black Friday demands,early Christmas shoppers wanting to buy and send out via the post,etc,etc,so I'm afraid it has and will continue to cause delays,so all you can do is inform your buyers in your listings and amend listings by time or upgrading to cover any delays.

 

I congratulate the RM and all the other Postal services for there continued hard work.
