Anyq else have problems getting refunded from seller. Can't seem to talk to a human from ebay. Is it best to just get refund by my bank as used visa. EBay No help at all.

Seller sold an item they didn't even have in stock.. They Cancelled the order when I queried no dispatch. Yet still no refund. EBay guarantee stands for nothing in my opinion as in out money for weeks now
