I just sold a pair of nice Moncler trainers on eBay and just basically got 

forced into a full refund because he's saying they dont fit him.That's not

my fault his feet are too big.They are a size 8 and thats what i wrote.

As you have stated no returns on your listing you can decline the return if the seller says 'Does not fit' as this is clssed as a change of mind return.

However, be aware that thet may decide to damage the trainers in some way to get a refund for 'Not as described' through Paypal or their payment source which you would have to send a return label for, so it may be better to just accept the return and allow the to pay the postage back to you.

he's obviously put not as described on the returns part. In a message to me he mentions the size..

Just to add this is not allowed on Ebay..."Trades & Offers accepted!! Swap for Nike Omega Flame bnib sz 8". If the buyer has opened a not as described case then these are automated by Ebay and that is why you have been forced to refund.
