Returns

My buyer purchased 4 faulty/spares or repair phones as a joblot on the 18th May and on the 20th was asking for a refund on part of the lot which I turned down because I wouldn't let them cherry pick the good part of the joblot. So they requested a return for refund which I agreed to. This was the 20th May and they had until the 4th June to return the items but has not even posted them yet and it's now the 10th of June.  Should I get in touch with Cs as the funds are still on hold or do I just wait longer?

I doubt CS would do anything to help you.   Just wait for the return to expire which it will eventually.
