A return was initiated using the eBay returns option and a label provided but this was for sending the item back via Royal Mail even though the item weighed approx 25kgs and was about 3m x 2m in size.
The seller arranged to uplift the item which they have now done but I have not received the promised replacement nor a refund but eBay are showing the return as outstanding as I have not used their return label.
Is there a way of updating the carrier ahead of eBay closing off the return as it has not been despatched using their label?
