Returns and open cases

Can someone tell me I feel like some people are buying things and opening cases and returns so I stop selling on ebay especially someone from Italy. Is it just my feelings or it can be true.

'Especially someone from Italy'  Italy is having extreme difficuties concerning Covid 19,  not surprised items are not being received on time ,  or any time there at present.

Your account is registered here,  but your items have  a US  ' UK  ocation?  So not sure if this could be a problem you were encountering when posting.

Please be aware many countries both eBay and Royal Mail  ( if you are posting from the UK)  are  informing members that they are not accessible,  or not recommended for the time being.

Buyers are covered by the EBay Money Back for 30 days from Delivery and do sometimes Open Returns Cases. If you are a Business Seller you do have to accept Returns for any Reason. You would be much better placed if you just Posted to UK.
