If buyer claims noy as described, you have to accept & issue returns label, refund on return.
Ebay don't see item but always believe buyer.
If you refuse or ignore case ebay will refund buyer & they keep item, you repay ebay.
Some buyers will claim SNAD so they don't have to pay postage,nothing you can except report them.
