Hello. I have tried to put photos on the site to return damaged goods but it keeps telling me to reduce the size of the photo. If I reduce it any further it will not exist. I always have difficulty putting photos on ebay sites. Has anyone a solution to this? Thanks

You do not have to provide photos. In my mind "do not" as it only leads to argument.
Simply open a "not as descibed case" in the resolution centre and seller should send label to return. If not then escalate after 3 full business days.
Do not discuss this with seller - it is not negotiable. Stick with the case do not let time run out
