Returning Item not received

I have been trying to cancel an order for the last month.  Having run out of options to cancel, as the seller refused to comunicate, I thought I would set up a return request.  I now have a return setup but since I have not received the item, I cannot return it, and I am still £250 down as the money has gone from my account. 

 

Anyone any ideas?

You have opened the wrong request,  trouble is when you close it,  you will not be able to open another with eBay.

 

The seller has already paid a 10% seller's fee on selling that item,  so to retrieve that , they would need to send you a cancellation request which you must accept.

 

I'm afraid if the seller is not responding, you have to wait and see what they do,  issue the cancellation,  or post the item.

 

I would call eBay tell them the wrong case was opened,  perhaps they can close it for you their end.  You have always Paypal to open a case with,  if you paid with them.
