Hi I purchased some shoes which were brand new and damaged. Seller has agreed to the return but ebay are saying she cannot provide a returns label. I'm not confident seller will refund postage as she's ignoring my messages. Where do I stand with getting postage refunded? Thanks
If non UK seller, then you have to pay return tracked yourself, ebay won't force seller to refund this cost.
If item posted from UK, then escalate case & let ebay sort.
