Return

Hi
I hope someone can advise
I want to return an item which listed as16/18 but is obviously smaller. I asked for a refund but the buyer said no they do not except refunds. and that they had already lost money on it from buying item themselves. They have now agreed to refund but only if I pay for return postage. Just checking is it not the seller who pays
Thanks 😊

You have 30 days from the Estimated delivery date to open an eBay case & 180 days in PayPal.

Open a Case in the Resolution Center for Item Not as Described.
Wait for the tracked postage label to print off (at the Sellers expense).
If the Seller doesn't provide the label or is unhelpful, the option to ask eBay to step will appear after 8 days.
Also, if you get a message that the seller cannot provide a label, phone eBay.

Never close a case on a Sellers promise - Some Lie & cases cannot be re-opened
Always choose a Refund rather than replacement - Replacements can cause the case to timeout.
