hello everyone,

i bought an camera but i could not get it to work so i opened case for return to get my refund. And ebay stepped in to agree. I have sent it back tracked but i think thr seller refuse to take so now it coming back to me. What shall i do? Thanks

If you used the eBay label [which has tracking] it should show "attempted delivery - refused".  

Escalate the case to eBay and - if needed - point out that eBay's rules require only "attempted delivery" for your refund

This is to prevent [silly] sellers who think that by not accepting they can avoid refunds
