Hi I purchased some shoes which were brand new and damaged. Seller has agreed to the return but ebay are saying she cannot provide a returns label. I'm not confident seller will refund postage as she's ignoring my messages. Where do I stand with getting postage refunded? Thanks

If you pay for the return post yourself there is no way to force the seller to refund it.  You open a "not as described case" and seller sends the label through the case.  If not then after just 3 full business days you escalate the case.  EBay should take over and may even refund without return. 

There is no reason a UK seller cannot send the label.

If non UK seller, then you have to pay return tracked yourself, ebay won't force seller to refund this cost.

If item posted from UK, then escalate case & let ebay sort.

Thanks. It's a UK seller and they just aren't responding to any messages. EBay have said I need to return the item by 28th July, so basically have to cover the postage and hope the seller pays it.
