eBay keeps sending me reminders to post an item that has already been shipped, received and refunded by the seller.
I can't close the case because when I try to mark the item as dispatched, the form requires me to fill in a shipping number, despite having said elsewhere that it is permitted to return the item using a non-tracked service.
I only used a service without tracking because of the coronavirus situation - I couldn't go to a post office.
How can I mark the item as shipped and close the case? It's absolutely ludicrous!
Call eBay from the Help & Contact tab above, it can be difficult to get through, but there is a call back system plus Live Chat available.
Explain this item has been dispatched, and refunded, no tracking because of the current situation.
