Return problem with refund amount

Return accepted but buyer refuses to pay the cost of the courier I used .item is a door and is badly defective and not as listed

If the item was delivered to you in the first place, and if you had followed the directions in ebays money back guarantee, the seller could have been made to send you a pre paid returns label.  But if you have already paid for the return shipping yourself, there is no way to claim it back afterwards.

It was a door delivered by a courier at the cost of £48 .
It was sold as good condition and it's knackered
