Hi, can anyone help.
I bought an item as a guest user but now need to return it. I generated the return as per the instructions on my receipt email but when I try and get the returns label/address it needs me to log in to an account.
I created an account using the same user name as the purchase but nothing is showing in my purchase history. If i try to go back to following the links on the email it is saying an error has occurred.
I have tried to contact ebay for help but for days no body appears to be available I am therefore hoping someone can advise on this forum.
