Return faulty item & shipping cost

Hi

I received a refund for the foulty item I have bought , but I did not reveive the shipping cost  £ 3.90. what shall I do?

If yo have already returned the item at your own expense and recieved your refund then there is nothing you can do to make the seller refund the return

You needed to open a returns request. The seller then has to send a returns label ( if you are both in the UK)

If they dont then you escalate the dispute after another 8 days and ebay will send a label and charge it too the seller
