Please can you advice
I sold an item , but it has been returned as buyer stated in her return that she made a mistake. She paid to return the item but I have said to her I will be ducting my cost of postahe too as she has returned the item.
She is not happy with that and I think I should be able to incur my postage cost.
As a registered business seller you have to refund everything the buyer paid you,
you cannot deduct the postage costs from the refund.
You have to refund the full amount including the original postage, it is eBay policy.
