Hi I have just purchased a pair of shoes from eBay. I can't get my feet into them so I have contacted the seller. The seller will refund me but I have to cover the return postal costs? Why is this the case, and why should I be out of pocket if the item is inadequate? Can you advise me please?
Lynn
If they are the wrong size and the seller is in the UK they should pay return postage.
If they refuse file a dispute here:
http://resolutioncentre.ebay.co.uk/
Select: "I received an item that does not match the seller's description."
and escalate it to a claim after 8 days.
