Hi. I am sending a pair of boots back to a seller as they are not as described. The seller refunded the cost of the postage and packing and then send me an address to return which is not the same as the one registered on the transaction. I can't seem to be able to contact ebay about this. I would have preferred that they sent me a pre paid label which I could have tracked. I have emailed them and asked that they change their address on ebay but have not heard back from them yet. I wanted to post the parcel tomorrow as I am aware that I can only hold on to the good for so long. What do you suggest, anyone? Thanks.
You can ask ebay to step in after 8 days.
